Would you be willing to consider the possibility that you could live with less stress, anxiety, or grief; even if your life circumstances stay the same?

How would your life be different, if this were true?

 

We all have ups and downs, that's part of being human.

But those ups and downs (no matter what they are) can not keep us from our mental well-being, even when it seems like they can.

Don't get me wrong; this is not my way of saying, "Just think positively"  because that rarely works.

I am also not suggesting denial. We are not denying what's happened in our lives.

I suggest there is a simple understanding that takes the mystery out of the system, so we can learn to work with it, instead of against it.
